Smaller items, including bidets, teak furniture and most accessories, will typically ship out by USPS, FedEx or UPS within 1-2 business days*.
Saunas are shipped on a pallet using a freight carrier (such as SAIA, RoadRunner, FedEx Freight, etc.) and are delivered to the end of the driveway. On request, sometimes the carrier *may* deliver to the front door, although this is not always possible. However, saunas ship in multiple boxes on the pallet, so you don't have to take everything inside at once.
After you receive tracking, final delivery should be anywhere between 2-5 business days, depending on the product(s) purchased, your location, and other factors.
California customers: if you are considering a Golden Designs, Maxxus or Dynamic sauna, please contact us first with your sauna of choice. Depending on the model, we may or may not be able to fulfill the sauna to your location, but please ask and we'd be glad to confirm!
